Tier 2 builds (multi-feature AI builds, $15K to $30K) take 6 to 10 weeks. Tier 3 builds (full SaaS with billing and dashboards, $30K to $50K) take 8 to 12 weeks.
Yes, optionally. Every build includes 2 to 8 weeks of post-launch support depending on the tier. Beyond that, we offer an optional monthly retainer for hosting, monitoring, and ongoing iteration. No retainers are required to engage — many clients run the system themselves after launch.
Discovery is a 1-week fixed-fee engagement that produces a written architecture proposal and fixed-price build quote. You email a 2-paragraph project description to hello@buildaistudio.io. We respond within 1 business day with questions and a call invite. After the discovery week, you have a written deliverable whether you proceed with the build or not.

The goal is to enhance the systems you already use rather than replace them. If you have a non-standard CRM, the discovery process determines integration feasibility before any build commitment.
